What happens
Personal recruiting and admissions advisory for student-athletes and their families: honest evaluation of where an athlete stands, guidance through outreach and highlight film, preparation for conversations with coaches, and steady counsel through admissions and decision time. Athletic departments engage us to run transition workshops for their rosters.

What happens
Culture and climate advisory for school communities. We assess how students, teachers, staff, and parents actually experience the building, then work with leadership on programming and practices that make every stakeholder feel valued and engaged.
